e-mailed to kids.powerhouse@gmail.com
New Students must:
1) Notarize forms
2) Attend Parent Orientation
(No need to bring your child)
3) Pick up card on Parent Orientation day
Return Students:
1) Does not need to Notarize forms
2) Pick up ID card on Parent Orientation day or during the week, as long as the card is picked up before the 1st Day of Classes.
